All rentals are subject to the terms and conditions in the rental agreement. |
| Pricing |
| All rates quoted are in Fiji currency and are subject to change without notice and include value Added Tax(VAT) |
| Drivers License |
| All current Fiji, Overseas and International driver's licence are accepted with 5 years or more of licensed driving experience. |
| Age |
| We regret we cannot rent to drivers under 21 years of
age and to those drivers holding provisional licence, unless
necessary approval is granted by management. |
| Collision Damage Waiver |
| In the event of an accident, the renter is liable for all damages to a Carpenters Rental vehicle, including salvage charges, legal fees, assessor's fees and damage to third party property.
Subject to non-breach of the rental agreement, this liability may be waived, except for the first $4000.00 of damages incurred, if the renter purchases Collision Damage Waiver at the cost of $22.50. For an additional $6.00/day ($28.50) excess liability will be reduced to $2,800.00. |
| Payment |
| Payment of the estimated cost of the hire plus $500.00 is required at the commencement of the rental. Final adjustment will be made on the return of the vehicle. We accept the following charge cards: Carpenters, Visa and Master. |
| Parking and Traffic Fines |
| These are the responsibility of the renter. |
| Minimum Charge |
| One day. Additional hours will be charged at one fifty of the daily rate. |
| Group Availability |
| Should a particular vehicle not be available in the group requested, Carpenters Rental will endeavour to provide an equivalent model. |
| Petrol |
| Petrol is not included in our rates. Each vehicle is supplied with the full tank which is filled at the renter's expense on return. |
| Vehicle Return |
| If the vehicle is not returned at point of hire, fuel and $50.00 handling cost will be charged. For dirty vehicles $30.00 cleaning fee will be charged. |
